TransformGov Talks is a fully independent organisation that organises the TransformGov Talks event series and has done so since 2024. Our community is always at the heart of what we do, and we want to continue to make sure we’re doing our best to protect information about you that you’ve trusted us to hold. This privacy policy will explain how we use the personal data we collect from people who attend our events and / or sign up for our newsletter or volunteer mailing list.

We will not share data about you with any third parties under any circumstances. Only TransformGov Talks organisers have access to this data. A list of organisers can be found on our website.

How do we store your data?

TransformGov Talks securely stores your data in the cloud using a combination of Google’s G-Suite tools. As per Article 5(e) of the GDPR, we will keep your data for no longer than the time we need to process it.

Marketing

TransformGov Talks will never send you marketing materials for anything other than the events series itself.
